The pictures posted on this website represent contracts that my company obtained and completed. They span a period of 13 to 14 years of what is now a 41 year career in the building arts. The purpose for my showing this portfolio is to demonstrate to potential clients, architects and designers, that we are a company of craftsmen who simply cannot be persuaded to mediocrity. We are innately driven to perfection and when it comes to complex architectural structures and intricate interior designs we have consistently produced impeccable results.

Our company's experience, consistency, and knowledge are values that have lead us to high levels of efficiency and that in turn translates into cost effectiveness and money savings for our clients.

Although we do on occasion take on woodworking and cabinet contracts for "project management companies" in the high end, we much prefer to consolidate our building craft with our own management people and style. We are an authentic group of highly skilled craftsmen who do all of the layout work and most of the hands on building. We are different than the common high end contractors in that we are not simply middlemen who organize subcontractors. The positive, creative dynamic that develops between Architect and Master Craftsman is never lost with us.

To ensure continuity and close coordination of all details we build and manage only one project at a time. We have found from experience that giving all our attention to a single client for the period of time necessary to complete the project is a method that is very conducive to harmonious results.

Our company is located in the Hudson Valley of New York State and we travel the tri-state area including Manhattan. Since we build strictly residential projects we remain non-union craftsmen.

My name is Charles Felice. I am the founder of Wood Sage Visions Inc. If you are in need of a proposal for any Residential Architectural work please feel free to phone or email me at any time. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I wish you joy.
Sincerely,
C.F.
